My name is John Stahl, I have +35 years of flooring and remodeling experience, in residential and commercial buildings. I offer expert skills for all types of flooring. To keep life simple, you pick your product, I install. You pay.

Basic pricing
Hardwood installation
$3.00
This is a basic price for nail down, floating & glue down installation. All custom work, has a custom price.
Vinyl flooring- LVT & sheet goods over concrete.
$1.75 sqft if over 1000 sqft then $1.50 sqft
Sheet goods over wood subfloor will require an underpayment, the extra labor will be $1. Per square foot.

Wood floor refinishing
I sand and finish your old wood flooring, giving it new life.
Floor sanding and finishing- 99% dust free sanding
Basic price $3.50 sqft for natural finish
If stained, then $1.00 extra per sqft
Carpet removal & disposal
$.75 per sqft
Hard surfaces removal & disposal
